Key job responsibilities
**Business**:
- Strong financial acumen to understand tradeoffs to Amazon's business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable in presenting work to senior leaders.
- Strong bias toward data-driven decision making with high impact.
**Data analytics**:
- Must have excellent quantitative and data analytical abilities
- Experience working with science / economists to assess and measure impact and build predictive models
- Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools
**Technology**:
- End to end product delivery including working with technical stakeholders including Technical Program Managers (TPMs), Software Development Managers (SDMs), and Applied Scientists, to outline and influence the technical design at all product life cycle stages
- Lead internal technical conversation and own the trade-offs between technical cost and business value, and optimize QA/testing
- Must be able to develop fee products with world-class Seller Experiences with end to end product thinking
About the team
The Seller fees team sets the overall monetization strategy for our marketplace businesses across Europe and UK. We are a high impact team responsible for driving top and bottom line impacts for the Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) business. Roles on this team have high leadership visibility.
