**The Role**

As an Accountant at INFINIT you will play a crucial role in establishing accounting processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS, and driving automation initiatives. If you have an appetite for challenging the status quo and a passion for streamlining accounting operations, this role is for you

**What do we want to achieve together?**:

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with IFRS.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support day-to-day accounting activities, including AP/AR, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Help implement and improve internal accounting processes from scratch.
- Leverage technology to automate and optimize financial workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the integration and optimization of the ERP.

**What do you need to be successful in this role?**:

- 2-3 years of accounting experience, ideally in a fast-growing company or startup.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and accounting principles.
- Hands-on, proactive, and eager to take ownership of accounting processes.
- Experience with NetSuite (a plus) or other ERP systems.
- Analytical mindset with an appetite for automation and process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to challenge existing workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
