Depuis plus de 10 ans, notre client située à la** Cloche d'Or,** accompagne son client principal dans la gestion de leur patrimoine avec expertise et discrétion. Composée d'une équipe dynamique **d'environ 10 personnes**, ils opérent principalement **sur des holdings du groupe,** et recherchent aujourd'hui un(e) Assistant Manager Tax Compliance et Advisory pour renforcer l'équipe.
**Vos responsabilités**:
En tant qu'Assistant Manager Tax Compliance et Advisory, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion de la fiscalité de notre portefeuille de sociétés financières et holdings. Vous serez en charge de:
- Support à l'équipe comptable dans la préparation des déclarations fiscales pour les sociétés du groupe.
- Apporter des conseils fiscaux internes sur des enjeux complexes et actuels.
- Assurer une veille fiscale pour anticiper les évolutions et garantir la conformité.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le directeur comptable ainsi que les autres bureaux du groupe en Europe.
**Assistant Manager Tax - Votre profil**:
Nous recherchons une personne polyvalente, capable de s'adapter à un environnement familial et soudé, avec une forte capacité d'organisation et une approche transversale du travail. Vous devez avoir:
- Une expérience significative en **compliance fiscale et advisory,** idéalement dans le domaine des sociétés financières et holdings.
- 4-5 ans d'expérience en service provider/big4 ou société de patrimoine privé.
- Parler le **français et anglais.**:
- Une bonne maîtrise des réglementations fiscales luxembourgeoises et européennes.
- Une capacité à travailler en équipe tout en étant autonome et proactive.
- Une grande polyvalence dans votre profil de fiscaliste.
