Are you passionate about multimedia communication and ready to take on a new challenge in a dynamic and diverse work environment? CTG IT Solutions, an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions, is currently seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team in Luxembourg.
**Your Mission**:
As a Video Editor for one of our clients, a European institution based in Luxembourg, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and enhancement of visual content for various projects. This position demands a creative and skilled individual with expertise in video editing, audio post-production, and motion graphics. Your primary responsibility will be to edit and produce high-quality video content, ensuring exceptional visual and auditory standards while incorporating captivating motion graphics to engage viewers effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Video Editing**: Conceptualize, plan, and execute video edits, working with footage from various sources to craft compelling narratives and stories. Utilize industry-standard video editing software to achieve optimal visual quality and storytelling.
- **Audio Post-Production**: Edit and mix audio for videos, interviews, and projects, ensuring clear and high-quality sound. Collaborate with the production team to seamlessly integrate audio elements with video content.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the client's communication team, content creators, and stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and integrate feedback into the final video products.
- **Camera and lighting**: Good to have a basic knowledge of framing, camera operating and lighting a scene.
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in video editing, audio post-production, and motion graphics, preferably in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Motion).
- Knowledge of color correction and grading tools, such as DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic understanding of camera operation, with a willingness to learn and improve.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in video editing, audio post-production, and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with ITIL guidelines (willingness to obtain ITIL v4 certification before starting your mission).
