As part of the development of its activities, our client is looking for a new employee who will be involved in a wide range of instruments across the group's various business sectors (Private Equity, Real Estate, financial markets).
Our client is an independent investment group, created in 2011 and currently based in three countries including Luxembourg.
The group offers tailor-made services to institutions and family offices with a focus on the Private Equity, Real Estate and Wealth Management sectors. The Luxembourg office has a highly experienced multidisciplinary team focused on investment and risk control.
In this context, the tasks will be structured around the 3 following fields:
Reporting
Preparation of reporting for each investor (private equity, real estate, financial markets, consolidation)
Valuation
Establishment of valuations for each investor on the basis of information received from the investment team (check beforehand required)
Ensure accuracy of NAV of the various investment vehicles calculated by third-party service providers
Operations
Monitoring of flows at investment vehicles level (regulated and not regulated):
Monitoring of interest received/paid
Split between investors
**Establishment of extra accounting documents**:
Cash-Flow
Management accounts
Key contact of auditors/accountants during the legal audit of the companies (investment vehicles, Group's companies)
Invoicing
Preparation of invoicing files (fees calculation based on investments, operations of the period)
Payment follow-up
**Punctual analysis according to management needs**:
Projections
Commitment follow-up/cash availability
**Your qualifications for this recruitment are**:
Master's degree in finance/audit
Minimum 1 year of experience in an audit firm (Big 4) with involvement in the private equity/financial sectors (knowledge of the environment, working method, deadlines)
Accounting and tax knowledge
Mastering Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
English / French (preferably) / Spanish (optional)
Autonomous, rigorous
