If you would like to combine these components in your professional future and enjoy direct contact with customers, then we can offer you a job as a **"Product Expert (M/F) / Product Concierge (M/F)"** in the "Voitures Particulières" department.

**What we expect from you**

You will be deployed in the various phases of customer contact or the sales process. As an expert, you inspire our customers with certain equipment, its functions and operation. The aim is to promote customer satisfaction by clearly and convincingly explaining complex details that often require a lot of explanation. In this way you convey the sensible and complete use of MB technologies and the distinctive customization options. You will work closely with the sales team, for example to be available to the customer in the course of a sales pitch, when handing over the vehicle or at Merbag events. You will also support our sales team with various administrative tasks.

**your qualification**
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich, vorzugsweise im Automobilsektor
- ausgeprägtes Interesse an den neuesten technischen Entwicklungen im Automobil
- und Kommunikationsbereich
- MB-Produktaffinität und Kenntnisse im Automobilsektor, Kenntnisse von Mercedes-Benz Produkten von Vorteil
- hohe Kunden
- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- sicheres Auftreten, Teamgeist und Empathie
- Begeisterung an der interessanten und abwechslungsreichen Erklärung von Technik und Technologien
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen, französischen, luxemburgischen und englischen Sprache
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der zur Verfügung stehenden Medien zur adressatengerechten Beratung von Kunden
- Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel, Word und Outlook)
