In this instance, we are on the lookout for a **Contract Manager**.
**Location**: Luxembourg
**Work Modality**: On-site
**Duration**: 18 months
**Responsibilities**:
- Claims management: Follow-up, assessment, and resolution of claims, including claims management in **FIDIC contracts**.
- Draft, monitor, and review contracts across various verticals and scales.
- Provide essential contract management services by resolving conflicts, providing legal advice, and renewing/redrafting contracts.
- Supervise the performance of contracts and ensure compliance with the agreed terms and conditions.
- Prepare reports and documentation on contract performance and submit them for senior review.
- Update and revise contracts in line with dynamic national and international legal regulations.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding contract status.
- **Risk management**: Identification and quantification of project risks during business development and execution stages.
- Work closely with project managers to **handle contractor claims and disputes**.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in **Finance**, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience as a **Contract Manager** or in a related position.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in **contract law**.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Accuracy and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- **Languages**: Professional proficiency in **English**; knowledge of **French or German** is a plus.
**Additional Information**
We are looking for a **proactive and resourceful** professional who can **effectively manage claims and**communications with contractors. Experience with **FIDIC contracts** is a plus but **not mandatory**.
