Today, we are looking for an experienced Creative Director.

Position
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, and managing a team of 4 people, your **key responsibilities** will include:

**Creative Management**:

- Develop and execute a creative vision aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Oversee the creation and production of visual content for all three brands (Solar Screen, Cover Styl, and Protector), ensuring quality, style, and consistency across every channel.
- **
**Brand Strategy**:

- Develop innovative and differentiated multi-channel (Print & Digital) brand strategies for each brand, focusing on building a strong visual and narrative identity.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate creative strategy into global campaigns and communication initiatives.
- **
**Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand the objectives and needs of each brand and integrate creativity into all initiatives.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and creative partners.
- **
**Team Development**:

- Mentor and develop a team of creative professionals, guiding them in achieving their goals and fostering a collaborative and stimulating work environment.
- Foster innovation and creative excellence within the team by encouraging calculated risks and supporting the exploration of new ideas.
- Lead and inspire a team of creatives, including graphic designers and a videographer, to ensure quality execution and meet deadlines.

Profile
- Demonstrated experience as a creative director or in a similar role, ideally in a marketing, agency, or advertising environment.
- Ability to motivate and lead a multidisciplinary creative team.
- Proven expertise in managing creative projects from conception to production, while meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend creative concepts to various stakeholders.
- Strong artistic sensibility and deep understanding of current visual and cultural trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively and establish effective working relationships with a variety of individuals and departments.
- Fluent in French/English.
