The Luxembourg branch plays a major part in its operations, offering clients high value-added services extending from custody to securities lending, fund administration, performance measurement and ratings, and bond issuance services.

To support its current growth, BNP Paribas SA is looking for a:
**Fund Administration - Client Account Manager (M/F)**

**Permanent Contract**
- The CAM is the "Control Tower" of the Fund Administration production in order to ensure high quality of service and anticipate client feedback by working with different teams on actions to improve the service if necessary._

**Your mission***:
- Ensure client satisfaction by being the preferred point of entry for all clients requests linked to the FA department.-
- Prepare and present Key Performance Indicators to evaluate the quality of service rendered by the operational teams.-
- Participate and coordinate quality improvement’s action with the different stakeholders in charge of the client relationship-
- Prepare and participate to Client Service Reviews, Due diligences, Action log review and represent the FA department in Client Teams with Client Development team.-
- Be in charge of the client documentation update and list client specificities (ope memo, client 360 file, ID card)-
- Manage client’s dissatisfaction and ensure improvement actions are identified, ensure operational Incident Follow-up.**Advantages of the position***:

**Your profile***:
**Professional experience**:
- Strong knowledge of the Fund Industry (minimum of 5 years).-
- Experience in fund accounting would be an advantage**Behavioural skills**:
- Ability to work autonomously, availability, flexibility-
- Negotiation and good communication skills-
- Self-confidence and capability to generate engagement-
- Sense of organization, priority, analyse, planning & methodology-
- Have professional communication, being reactive and proactive-
- Propose initiatives to ensure continuous improvement of our customers satisfaction**Technical skills**:
- Good editorial capabilities-
- Client Focus oriented- FA System environment skills
- PowerPoint, Excel, Word

**Language skills**:
- Fluent in German, English and French.-
- Italian and/or Spanish would be considered as an advantage- _
