Pour soutenir notre département Wealth Management auprès de notre bureau de Luxembourg, nous recherchons un(e):
RM ASSISTANT - CDD (12 MOIS)

**Responsabilités:
- Analyser Soutien proactif aux Relationship Managers dans la gestion opérationnelle de leur book de clients.***
- Facilitateur(trice) lors de l’onboarding des nouvelles relations pour assurer la qualité de la documentation et
augmenter la rapidité d’exécution.***
- Constitution et tenue des dossiers clients et suivi des suspens.
- Participation active dans la gestion qualitative des portefeuilles (First Line of Defense) et alerter les RMs lors

d’opérations ou de comportement inappropriés. Support aux RMs pour les revues annuelles des comptes.
- Réception, contrôle (call back) et saisie des transferts espèces et titres.
- Saisie des ordres de bourse, opérations sur titres, limites, contrôle des opérations journalières, couverture des

soldes débiteurs, opérations de changes etc.

**Profil recherché:
- Min. 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire auprès d’une banque privée.***
- Formation en finance complétée par des formations sur les opérations bancaires et la Compliance.

- Très bonne connaissance des produits financiers, de la réglementation bancaire en vigueur et des processus
compliance.***
- Sens développé du service à la clientèle, proactivité, pragmatisme et orientation solution. Team spirit, force de

proposition, très bonne gestion des priorités, organisation et précision.

- Français et anglais très bon niveau. Autre langue un atout.**
