- Work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies that aligns with the organization's goals and staffing needs.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers and associated administration activities.
- Set-up a recruitment dashboard.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the position requirements and the organization's culture.
- Ensure coordination of hiring campaigns with the recruiters in the clusters.
What we’re looking for
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Flexible in adapting to changing environments.

Other important details
- Full-time position, based in Luxembourg
- Normal hours are 8 hours per day plus lunch, Monday to Friday
- Reporting to the HR Lead COO, CDO, Safety & Decarbonization Program / Renewable Energy & JVs.
