In this role you will be an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for:
- The oversight of the fund accounting and NAV calculations.
- Be the primary contact with clients, depositary bank and auditors.
- Work on different clients in the funds industry, specialising in Private equity and Real Estate.
- Working under LUXGAAP and being able to prepare and review the VAT, subscription tax and tax returns.
- Updating the Investor register and work on capital table.
- Completing thorough financial, regulatory and investor reporting.
- BCL, CSSF and AIFMD reporting.
**Key requirements**:
- 3 years’ experience as senior fund accountant.
- Knowledge of market regulations and reporting processes
- Detail focused and target driven.
- Ability to communicate effective with a variety of stakeholders.
