Missions:
- Weekly encoding of US accounting data
- Quarterly financial reporting and intercompany balance reconciliations
- Year-end accounting operations
- Preparation of tax returns in collaboration with our USGAAP
- Preparation of legal reports related to annual accounts and other legal documents
- Various administrative tasks and management of permanent files
- Monitoring of supplier and customer invoicing
- Execution of weekly payments
- Management and administration of US payroll
- Preparation of weekly cash flow
- Preparation of monthly management dashboards
**Profile**:
- Holder of a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting & taxation
- Proficiency in US GAAP accounting standards; knowledge of other accounting standards such as Luxembourgish GAAP is a plus
- Good understanding of US taxation (sales tax, income tax...)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a US accountant preferably in an operational company or in a fiduciary (preferably with a client-oriented portfolio)
- Experience in using one or more software dedicated to American accounting, mastery of SAGE 100 Contractor software is an asset
- Good knowledge of corporate finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work autonomously while being a team player
- Demonstrates rigor, organization, and strong communication skills
- Fluent in French and have excellent English language skills (spoken and written); knowledge of any other language is a plus
