We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our Global Technology IT team in Luxembourg. This team provide support to multiple development labs in the Goodyear Innovation Center.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Technical advisory and overseeing: Recommend technical improvements, technical design and develop a roadmap for assigned products.
- Support strategic projects in the introduction of new products.
- Assess innovation opportunities and promote implementation of cutting edge technology.
- Provide technical advice to the team.

- Fluent in English. French will be an asset.

**Location**

**Experience**:

- 8+ years of progressive IT, development and management experience; a proven track record of successful project management and on-time delivery; solid understanding of day-to-day execution of business and IT tasks.
- Development experience in relevant languages such as Java, VB.NET or C#, JavaScript.
- Experience in building Data models and Data architecture.
- Demonstrated excellence across business, IT and behavioral competencies.
- Developed negotiation and influencing skills preferred.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Project management, project management software tools.
- Advanced planning and organization skills.
- Meeting and workshop facilitation.
- Development experience: Java, VB.NET or C#, JavaScript.
- ETL and Middleware experience.
- AWS or other cloud technologies.
- CI/CD pipelines integration.
- SQL, PL/SQL, ability to write performant queries.
- Working knowledge of IT frameworks and best practice.
- Experience with SDLC methodologies.
- Technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
- Excellent writing and documentation capability.
- Excellent presentation delivery skills.
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to perform thorough cost/benefit analyses.
- Ability to drive a decision analysis and selection process.
