As part of its Personal Banking activity, ING Luxembourg is looking for an intern to strengthen & support its commercial teams.
You want to:

Your mission:
Bring support to the Personal Bankers and to the clients concerning:
- Payment orders
- CRM activity
- Current accounts management (cover debit positions, transfers, foreign exchange transactions)
- Debit and credit cards management (issue, stop, searches )
- Internet contracts management
- KYT/AML, Mifid & Insurance
Your profile:
Master student in Finance, Economics, Marketing
Language:
French + English. Any additional language is an asset, particularly Dutch.
Problem solving skills:
Actively participate in brainstorm/discussion and understand the issue at hand
Analytical skills:
Be able to understand the different processes and operational steps.
Personal skills:
Good communication skills, Good presentation skills, Good relational skills
Time management:
Order your to do's and set priorities, in consultation with colleagues.
Evolution skills:
Reactivity, Eager to learn & develop his/her knowledges following manager's request, Capability to take advantages of feedbacks to develop new skills.
