The IT for Innovative Services (ITIS) department, with its 100 researchers and engineers, focuses on the digital transformation of operations in organizations with traditional environments and digital ecosystems, with the aim of improving their performance and innovation capacity. The common thread throughout ITIS is to develop the most efficient use of big data to ensure the most appropriate decision-making processes.
The department relies on the Data Analytics Platform: a hybrid infrastructure covering the entire range of data analytics activities. The platform is based on three pillars: a high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure, a cognitive analytics pillar and an interactive visualization wall (Viswall).

**How will you contribute?**:
In order to be efficient, the ecosystem of models forming a MDDT should be a consistent whole: composed of conceptually aligned models (i.e., views) and metamodel (i.e., viewpoints). Integrating models into a federation of models [3] produced by different actors (experts and non-experts) and representing different domains is a real challenge, even when considering mature model engineering approaches [4].
At the border of each models, beyond the _a priori _conceptual knowledge expression, the stakeholder will certainly have to negotiate, make compromises and understand each other's. Thus, the models supporting them may have to be adapted: from one standard to another, adding/removing elements, etc. _i.e.,_ making the models flexible [6] to share a common view on a given problem. As a result, each concept behind the models can have slightly different interpretation (reinforced in informal languages). This will lead to: (i) a semantic mismatch and (ii) a semantic drift induced by the evolution of the models during their lifecycle [5] that should be captured and assimilated during the semantic harmonization.
1. Acquire a deep and clear understanding of the literature of the field semantic drift and model alignment, and model flexibility
2. Detect and characterize semantic drift and mismatch
3. Propagate the detected drift/mismatch to other artifact in order to federate a set of interconnected models
4. Participate in the development of tools supporting the proposed approach and its evaluation on dedicated use-case from the mobility domain.
