PingPong Europe’s core department is seeking a Financial & Operational Analyst. You will start as an analyst but evolve quickly in only a few years. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
The role will focus on both performing cross-border transactions and supporting corporate finance. The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Work closely with our global team to execute cross‐border transactions and manage the transaction in Europe’s local clearing schema
- Coordinate closely with other functions, including IT, business development, compliance, and customer service to investigate daily transaction queries
- Be one of the core contact with banking partners and the internal team to set up the new payment channel or payment service
- Reconcile bank transactions with financial data as the first-line control and be able to optimize the process
- Other ad hoc finance functions, including accounting journal, regular reporting, taxation administration and expense processing
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education and Experience**
- 4‐years university degree or above in accounting, finance, or other relevant fields is required
- 2 years of working experience in accounting, finance, operation, or other related areas
- Experiences from operation in finance institution, the auditor of Big 4 firms, accounting from corporate or finance from payment companies, are highly preferred
**Skills and Capabilities**
- Advanced computer literacy, strong proficiency in Excel and formula functions, and experience in ERP are preferred.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, comfortable dealing with a large volume of data.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese is a must; Knowledge of French/German is a plus.
- Excellent communication.
- Quick learner, proactive and can-do attitude in a business growing exponentially.
- Ability to think "out-of-the-box" and provide creative solutions in a rapid IT-changing environment.
