What will you be doing as an Administration Manager
- Daily mail processing
- Responsible for the Import & Export, Road, Maritime and Air files
- Inform customers about documents to be provided for Customs (import and export)
- Shipping container organization (import and export)
- Quotation to clients
- Prices to agents
- Responsible for reporting to the CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier)
- Material orders
- Verification and acceptance of supplier invoices + create PO
- Payment administration
- Request for creation of customer, supplier numbers
- Manage Electronic invoicing (Peppol)
- Monthly close
- Movers' salaries, Payroll control
- Reporting of work/commuting accidents
- Tracking of movers' periods of illness
- Fuel card management

**Desired Previous Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or administration,
- Previous experience managing budgets, coordinating office operations, and working with senior management is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace), as well as office management tools (e.g., project management software, HR software).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a wide range of administrative tasks.
- Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow and productivity.
