You will be in charge of the management of NAV production and other services provided to our clients. In this context, you will support the Manager in the day-to-day management of the accounting team.

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Planning of the production across the team and the delivery of various services to the client.
- Managing clients’ expectations together with CSDMs,
- Performing second level reviews of the NAV calculated by the team
- Guiding the team in the day-to-day operations to deliver state of the art quality to our clients
- Developing and implementing new operational procedures
- Collaborating with external auditors
- Participating in the 3rd level control
- Assisting in on-boarding of structures and implementation in production (including the review and challenging of the waterfall and carried interest calculations)
- Participating in client meetings
- Identifying, analysing and solution finding for inefficiency of processes.

**Your profile**:

- Holder of a bachelor or master's degree in Accounting
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role and 7 years’ experience in accounting
- Excellent command of English is essential, good command of French or German is a plus
- Knowledge of the legal and regulatory fund environment and sound knowledge of the alternative fund industry (PE, RE, Infrastructure, Debt and other)
- Knowledge of accounting automation tools dedicated to Private Asset structures or commercial companies. FIS Private Capital Suite is an advantage
- Sense of responsibility, good organisation skills, thorough and hard-working
- Good knowledge of common office automation tools such as Word and Excel.
