In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with a portfolio of existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their goals and objectives
- Develop and execute account plans that align with clients' needs and business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products and services
- Monitor client performance metrics and provide regular status reports to management
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and network with potential clients

Qualifications:

- Successful experience working in an advertising company or similar
- At least 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Familiarity with the latest industry trends and best practices in account management
