**Head of Sales (h/f/x)**

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme en sciences économiques ou en ingénierie
- Expérience de plusieurs années dans le domaine de l’énergie
- Maîtrise de l‘allemand et du français tant à l‘oral qu‘à l‘écrit. La connaissance de l´anglais et/ou du luxembourgeois est un atout
- Grande affinité pour l´IT et maîtrise de MS Office
- Capacités managériales reconnues et sens aigu du service client
- Qualités d´un leader d´équipe et capacités de communication

**Missions**:

- Vous êtes responsable du suivi, de la coordination et du développement de nos équipes commerciales
- Vous prospectez des clients et êtes responsable de la planification et communication au sein de l’équipe
- Vous développez et transposez les stratégies commerciales et pilotez les projets stratégiques, y compris les projets d’interface avec les autres départements
- Vous développez et gérez les relations commerciales avec les nouveaux clients et les clients existants, en vue de les fidéliser dans le long terme et d’établir un réseau ad hoc
- Vous rédigez des analyses et assurez un contrôle de gestion des ventes sur la base d’ICP préalablement définis. Vous êtes responsable de la planification du budget et des marges
- Vous communiquez avec les autorités de régulation luxembourgeoises
