**Responsibilities**:

- What will you do?_
- Analyze, prepare and manage litigation matters within different jurisdictions
- Assess the relevant legal approach to be taken in order to successfully managed litigation matters (reimbursement programs, transactions, over-indebtedness etc.) or legal procedures (real estate foreclosures or forced sales, seizures & transfers on wages, guarantees, pledges, bank guarantees etc.), in collaboration with our legal or non-legal intermediaries (lawyers, notaries, bailiffs, recovery companies)
- Assist the management in adapting the bank’s procedures to legislative changes, new products

Must Have Requirements

- You have :_
- A Master’s Degree in Law
- A first experience in litigation would be appreciated
- Interest in complex legal issues
- You are : _
- A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Known for hitting deadlines and are result-oriented and assertive
- Fluent in English and French.
- Nice to have requirements_
- German would be considered as a strong asset
