**Job description**:
**The mission**:
The IT Departement of this very important European Public Financial Institution carries out numerous projects to constantly improve and optimize the processes.You will be in charge to convince the users to accept the changes and deployments, of new architecture, functionalities and developments in PeopleSoft ERP.
**Your Tasks**:
- Design, implementation and maintenance of various migration maps and workflows, to enable continuous delivery, during upgrades across multiple versions of PeopleTools.
- Streamlined file structure on servers for powerful centralized management of library and configuration files.
- Security patch.
- Design of DevOps solutions for PeopleSoft code delivery.
- Design and implementation of a centralized configuration system for PeopleSoft Linux environments.
- PL/SQL performance optimization.
**Profile**:
**Your Skills**:
Ability to work in a team environment and motivate team members. Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees are mandatory. Proven ability to lead and deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Functions effectively in a fast paced environment and able to manage multiple priorities.
**Your Qualifications**:
- You hold a University Degree (or related field) or equivalent experiences
- You have proven experience with Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2
- Excellent knowledge of English. French will be an asset but not required.
