The Rothschild & Co Luxembourg office
Created in 2009, the Rothschild Luxembourg office is now composed by 50 professionals covering a wide Range of essential skills in various areas (legal/corporate, compliance, finance, accounting, tax and risk), thereby contributing to an efficient and dynamic management of the investment’s funds launched by the Rothschild Group. One of the investments strategies is Five Arrows Direct Lending which provides debt financing solutions to privately owned businesses across the European middle-market. We create bespoke and flexible debt financing solutions that are tailor-made to the specific requirements of the entrepreneurs, families and private equity sponsors with whom we work. We structure investments to meet a broad range of financing needs faced by middle-market companies, including financing buyouts, business expansion, acquisitions, refinancings and recapitalisations. Our team manages Five Arrows Credit Solutions (FACS), Five Arrows Direct Lending (FADL) and Five Arrows Debt Partners (FADP) with a combined of AUM of c€2bn. We are about to launch a FUND IV in the coming months.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assistance on supervisory of the services providers regarding the accounting and the financial statements preparation;
- Assistance on preparation of the investor’s financial reports on a quarterly basis;
- Assistance on managing and monitoring of the capital call and distribution processes;
- Assistance on monitoring cash movements and preparation of the related reporting’s;
- Assistance on the investments’ transactions in partnership with the investment teams based in Paris and London;
- Key contact for the service providers, the auditors and advisors;
- Assistance on coordination of the audit processes and the tax statements preparation;
- Other administrative work.

- Knowledge of Private Debt/Direct Lending industry in Luxembourg
- Skills of the day-to-day funds operations

- Strong oral and written communication skills / French and English are required.

Education/Experience
- Master’s degree in accounting or Finance
- At least 6 months experience in the Private Debt / Direct Lending industry
- Part qualified accountant
