**Job description**
The WhITeam is looking for a motivated Interface Designer to reinforce its pool of resources.
The profile requested is expected to lead and/or contribute in any or all of the following
**tasks** related to the call:
- Translation of business requirements into a UI solution
- User Experience (UX) analysis
- Writing detailed technical specifications
- Corrections and developments in PowerBuilder
- Corrective and evolutionary maintenance
- Consultancy on UI at any step of the design of a digital solution (from brainstorming
to research, sketches, prototypes, user tests, and final implementation)
- Visual prototyping of UI solutions such as designing (low
- and high-fidelity)
wireframes, mock-ups and storyboards which lead to an intuitive user experience
- Design and development of UI solutions for different web products and platforms,
including showing styling, use of typography, images, text, the definition of Information
Architecture, interaction workflows, and navigation
- Creation and maintenance of style guides, brand book, and visual component libraries,
including sketched concepts and page templates
- Creation of graphical elements including illustrations, visuals, infographics, data
visualizations
- Definition of user-centered evaluations of UI solutions, identifying key usability problems
and providing recommendations on how to solve them (including the participation in
usability studies with users)
- Contribution to test scenarios and test result analysis regarding the UI components
- Front-end development of responsive UI solutions following good coding
practices, development of innovative solutions for different platforms as well as
integration with DBs or other server-side logic
- Documentation of code, ensuring easy maintenance & evolution
**Job requirements**
**1. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
The following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above-listed tasks:
- Very good knowledge of Power Builder, Oracle SQL, and PLSQL
- Ability to cope with fast-changing technologies used in IT
- Analysis and problem-solving skills
- Capability to write clear and structured technical documents
- Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills
Due to the particular nature of a large international organization such as the European
- The capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability, and experience in working in a team
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment, on multiple large projects
- Excellent Team Player
- The ability to understand, speak and write French B1 will be an advantage

The following specific expertise is
**mandatory** for the performance of tasks:
- At least 20 years of specific expertise in Power Builder (min. competence level 5)
- Extended experience with version 2019
