**What you will be working on**:
As a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function, ensuring high-quality financial data, and driving insightful financial analysis. Under the supervision of the FP&A Director, you will:

- Collaborate with finance business partners to develop and maintain relationships within the function, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Support the annual budgeting process and assist in the preparation of rolling forecasts, providing valuable insights into revenue, operating expenses, and key investments by setting up and owning / monitoring the appropriate financial management framework.
- Participate in the monthly closing process and contribute to the improvement of reporting quality and timeliness by improving and monitoring the appropriate financial management closing framework.
- Act as a key point of contact for ad hoc analysis requests from finance and function leadership, delivering actionable insights to enhance operational performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and best practices within the finance function, by ensuring proper documentation and updates
- Support the development and monitoring of financial and operational KPIs in collaboration with finance leadership and function leadership.
- Mentor and guide FP&A controlling staff, encouraging their professional development and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Support and develop the ESG reporting framework with the Finance department ESG dedicated resource and the representative of the ESG committee.
- Ad hoc requests from FP&A Director, CFO and Head of Finance.

**What we look for**:
We’re seeking a highly analytical and proactive professional with a passion for financial planning and analysis. To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Bachelor/Master in Business, Accounting, or Finance; Chartered accountant appreciated; mastering Lux GAAP.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with key finance SAP modules and Business Intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in an easily digestible manner.
- Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French and any other language is an asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis, with a strong understanding of financial management reporting and budgeting processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
