**Job Description**:
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across Income Statement, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet
- Create variance analysis reports and financial models to provide data driven insights to management
- Lead real-time financial performance monitoring
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives
- Recommend strategies for increasing financial performance
- Responsible for the delivery and monitoring monthly, quarterly, and annual financial management reports
- Manage due diligence and financial analysis efforts around real estate activities. Actively engage in pre-acquisition financial (and other) due diligence, evaluation of business plans and post-acquisition integration as needed
- Driving efficiencies in all FP&A related matters by evaluating processes and understand returns
- Participate in other projects as required
- Analyze current and past real estate trends and impacts on property values
- Store and provide accurate, consistent, and reliable financial information
- Accomplishment of any other professional task assigned by the direct superior and/or the Management
**Qualifications**:
- + 3 years of progressive experience and proven knowledge of financial analysis, financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
- Proven skills in project management
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Finance, Economics or related quantitative studies ( mathematics/statistics/econometrics)
- International experience a plus
- Industry experience real estate, tech preferred
- Excellent computer skills and solid understanding of accounting software principles
- Self-starter and team player with a proactive attitude
- Ability to prioritize and to work under pressure and time constraints
- Fluent in English
- High quality written and verbal communication skills
- Highly analytical, detail oriented and proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions Persuasion and influencing skills
- Ability to perform a high degree of financial analysis to help interpret financial data
