The Softlines Marketplace (3P) team at Amazon is looking for a talented, customer-obsessed Senior Program Manager to support the growth of fashion categories (Apparel, Shoes, Luggage, Jewelry and Watches) in Europe, specifically by driving growth of Seasonal and High ASP business.
Key job responsibilities
**Program Owner**: Lead a variety of projects to drive growth and improve Seller Experience for Seasonal and High ASP selection. Develop a complete understanding of Selling Partner needs through in-depth data analysis and voice of seller. Use those insights to propose innovative initiatives, features and solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams (category and product management, business intelligence, software engineers, sales, legal and other international partners) to prioritize, inform and analyze the initiatives. Automate and scale the existing opportunities, and roll-out existing EU-wide initiatives. Track results (developing dashboards where needed) and impact of the projects and communicate to Leadership. Coach more junior team members supporting in those projects.

The Softlines Marketplace (3P) team owns the P&L for Fashion categories in Europe and represents the voice of the Selling partner to drive growth, profitability and Selling partner satisfaction
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
