**Contenu de la fonction**:
Vous accompagnerez au quotidien l’équipe Proposal Managers et vous apprendrez avec votre tuteur de stage les principes de ce métier, les aspects techniques et commerciaux.
Vous serez en charge d’un projet de suivi de base installée client pour des Services en datacenter et sur site, avec analyse de cette base installée, identification des opportunités de remplacement et vente de services additionnelles.
**Activités au quotidien**:
Suivre les présentations techniques des constructeurs/éditeurs
Comprendre des documentations techniques et le fonctionnement des solutions
Qualifier les besoins clients et répondre à des demandes simples
Elaboration d’offres commerciales comprenant la description technique et une offre de prix pour le produit et les services d’implémentation
Effectuer des feedbacks réguliers avec ses responsables pour le bon fonctionnement de ses activités
Acquisition à réaliser dans le cadre du stage:
Une première connaissance du portfolio des services de Hosting et On site Managed services.
Une compréhension des rôles et responsabilités des différents interlocuteurs du quotidien:
Client
Account Manager
Sales consultants
Service achat
Ingénieur technique
Constructeur/Editeur
Distributeur
La compréhension des process pour élaborer une offre et un prix client
Identifier et proposer des Service pour répondre à des besoins clients

Curieux et volonté d’apprendre
Compétences requises:
Formation en informatique
Gestion des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Powerpoint )
Langue: Francais et Anglais requis - écrit et oral
