Master Degree

- 5 years of professional experience in data and process harmonization
- Fluent in English orally and in writing other languages (especially German or French) are an asset
Your main tasks will be
Responsible for creating and maintaining cross-functional and cross-process data definitions, standards and policies for the Master Data Domain Business Partner in alignment with the Master Data Owner;
Coordinate with Compliance and Legal to ensure proper handling of business partner data with respect to data privacy and security
Initiate, lead and support projects and conduct training sessions
Actively drive knowledge exchange and act as an internal consultant and contact person around master data management business partners
Continuous improvement process of Business Partner master data processes in alignment with the Master Data Owner Business Partner is an important part of the task
Responsible for the data cleansing process and coordinate the transformation of customer and supplier data into the SAP S4/HANA system
- Profil recherché:
- Master Degree
- Good understanding of IT systems such as SAP (ideally SAP S4/HANA) and CRM (Salesforce)
- 5 years of professional experience in data and process harmonization
- Fluent in English orally and in writing other languages (especially German or French) are an asset
- Business administration or technical degree
Very good knowledge in project management
Good understanding of IT systems such as SAP (ideally SAP S4/HANA) and CRM (Salesforce)
Good knowledge of change management in the context of implementing uniform master data governance
Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration in an interface role
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and confident behavior with the ability to explain processes or decisions to internal and external stakeholders
You have an interest in master data quality and are enthusiastic about improvement initiatives
Fluency in English (oral and written); any other European language will be considered an asset
