Senior Process Improvement Manager, Concessions, Eu

Evidence of experience leading managers and senior managers during multiple years.
- A degree in business, supply chain, transportation, economics or a technical field
- Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions and strategic documentation.
- Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
Amazon’s global middle mile operation is always evolving. As a Sr. Process Improvement Manager leading EU ATS Concessions team, you’ll streamline and elevate our processes. You’ll work with senior leaders and their teams to help us meet a number of operational goals so that we meet our customer's high bar on customer experience on quality and speed of delivery. Concessions (customer refunds, damages and any other issue affecting our customers) is one of the most customer facing and complex areas of the business which we have. This dynamic role offers plenty of opportunities to continue learning every day.
Key job responsibilities
- This position is a people manager position, responsibilities include leading a team of passionate individuals in Europe.
- Lead extended teams on achieving the organizational goals and increase visibility into the concessions metric, processes.
- Be hands-on in driving the delivery of critical process improvement initiatives to improve customer experience while making our processes more efficient, offering data-led solutions for changes that will see long-term improvements
- Manage all aspects of project planning, requirements definition, risk management, communication, and implementation plan.
- Interact, align and collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders across Amazon’s operational and technical leaders and their teams.
- Manage communication to senior stakeholders.
- Support Operations to sustainably achieve short-term goals as required, while in parallel driving longer-term programs
- Write and review strategic documents.
