**The opportunity**:
**What you'll be doing**:
**Campaign Management & Optimization**:
- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Amazon Ads campaigns, including Sponsored Ads and DSP.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and category insights to refine targeting strategies.
- Use tools like Amazon Marketing Cloud and third-party platforms to identify optimization opportunities.
**Client Support**:
- Collaborate with senior team members to prepare performance updates and strategy recommendations for client meetings.
- Help gather and incorporate client feedback to fine-tune advertising initiatives.
**Data Analysis & Reporting**:
- Analyse campaign performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, ROI, and New-to-Brand) to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Support the creation of visually appealing performance reports with actionable insights.
**Learning & Development**:
- Stay updated on Amazon Advertising trends, best practices, and new features.
- Work alongside experienced professionals to build your knowledge of advertising platforms and retail media strategies.
**What we want from you**:
**Qualifications**:
- A passion for digital advertising and eagerness to learn about Amazon Advertising.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis, strategic thinking and the ability to derive actionable insights from numbers.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
**Your background**:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, calculated fields,etc).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
