**Vous êtes passionné(e) par la transition énergétique ? Rejoignez notre équipe en tant que Chef de projet en Développement de produits. Vous gérerez des projets innovants, agirez comme interface entre Business et IT, et superviserez le cycle de vie de produits dédiés à la transition énergétique. De formation commerce/ingénierie (3-5 ans d’expérience), vous maîtrisez les outils de gestion de projet et êtes bilingue français/anglais. **Responsabilités**:

- Diriger les initiatives/concepts/produits dans le département Product development et Marketing pour les segments B2B et B2C
- Assurer la documentation et l'amélioration des processus existants au plus haut niveau. Agir activement en tant qu'interface entre les équipes Business et IT
- Assurer une collaboration étroite entre les équipes de projet (Internes/Externes)
- Gérer plusieurs projets, initiatives et produits tout au long de leur cycle de vie
- Développer et conserver la propriété des activités de gestion de produits et services spécifiques (de l'idéation au support post développement vers les clients et l'amélioration continue)
- Incarner et suggérer les améliorations dans l'approche du développement de produits
- Identifier les opportunités commerciales et proposer un plan d'action en conséquence
- Assurer un reporting régulier sur les projets de développement en cours à la hiérarchie et aux parties prenantes. Proposer de manière pro-active des solutions et des actions d'atténuation des problèmes/risques

**Vos compétences***:

- Licence ou master en commerce ou ingénierie
- Expérience confirmée (3 à 5 ans) dans la gestion de projets, de préférence dans le domaine du développement de produits
- Connaissance du domaine de la transition énergétique ou du développement durable
- Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps, avec la capacité de jongler avec plusieurs projets simultanément
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles pour collaborer efficacement avec diverses équipes
- Maitrise des outils de gestion de projet (MS Project, Trello, Asana,...) et familiarité avec le CRM
- Esprit analytique avec une approche de la prise de décision basée sur les données
- Une passion pour la durabilité et un engagement à faire progresser la transition énergétique
- Très bon niveau en Français et Anglais. L'Allemand est un plus
