Lulubuy is seeking a motivated hands on Senior Technology Leader (permanent contract) with a robust experience of Fullstack PHP Development to drive automation projects management and coordinate teamwork.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Working alongside business teams to help define the operational needs of the company and translate them into and IT roadmap and projects.
- Coordinate team work while being operationally involved in the projects
- Set the project’s technical direction and create frameworks, monitor quality to ensure success of delivered solutions
- Consolidate information for internal reportings
- Facilitate fast and complete resolution of technical and operational issues by guiding and bringing developers together
- Set up frameworks of standards and procedures.
- Improve and redesign current APIs, systems and processes.
- Set up the cloud architecture of the company’s softwares.
- Writing of the user stories and acceptance tests
**Technical Skills Requirements**
- Stack: 7+ years experience in a dev environment - Laravel, Ionic, Angular, VueJs
- Microservices, REST APIs and event sourcing, and a good understanding of CI/CD, Cloud, and Docker
- Master Agile methodology and the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to write modular, scalable and reusable code, being sure your code is of high quality because you love TDD & BDD
- Knowledge of Postman and using Phpstorm is a plus
- Familiar with Web / cloud security and linux, confortable with Microsoft Office
**Soft skills**
- Fluent in French and English, other languages are a plus
- Business and operational minded person
- Committed to delivering results rapidly and to make IT team gain in expertise
