**Activités / Missions**:
Acteur financier de référence au Luxembourg depuis plus de 100 ans, la Banque de Luxembourg accompagne trois types de clients : les clients privés, les clients entreprises de type familial et les clients professionnels issus des métiers de la gestion d'actifs.

Notre département Communication, qui joue un rôle stratégique au sein de notre Banque en contribuant à renforcer son image de marque, en promouvant nos produits et services et en établissant une relation de confiance avec nos clients et partenaires, est à la recherche d'un-e Communication Officer.

Intégré-e au sein de l'équipe Communication Strategy, vous vous verrez confier les missions suivantes:

- Vous coordonnez et gérez des projets découlant du plan d'action de communication défini par la Banque ;
- Vous assurez un suivi opérationnel des projets éditoriaux et de production médias 360° (print, digitaux) de nos cibles prioritaires (banque privée, entrepreneurs, institutionnels, professions libérales, etc..) et sur nos principaux marchés (Luxembourg, Belgique, Allemagne) ;
- Vous vous assurez que les aspects de planification et de conformité des livrables soient respectés ;
- Vous monitorez, analysez et assurez un debriefing des résultats (quantitatifs et qualitatifs) des actions menées afin d'en suivre les impacts ;
- Vous assurez une veille concurrentielle afin d'être en appui des lancements de nouveaux projets (offres, cibles et thématiques, innovation) et de déployer des actions de communication pertinentes.

**Profil**:
Vous justifiez d'une première expérience de 2 ans dans une fonction similaire, idéalement au sein d'une institution financière et vous souhaitez intégrer un environnement de travail dynamique où collégialité, implication et prise d'initiative sont reconnues et encouragées.
- Vous êtes diplômé-e d'un Master en Communication ou d'une Ecole de commerce avec une spécialisation Communication/Marketing ;
- La connaissance de produits et services bancaires constitue un atout ;
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils de communication digitale (site web, webmarketing, réseaux sociaux, analytics) ;
- Vous connaissez les acteurs de la communication (supports, maison d'édition, régies.) des pays dans lesquels nous sommes actifs ;
- Vous aimez travailler en mode projet et en collaboration avec différents intervenants et disposez d'un grand sens de l'adaptation ;
- Vous êtes organisé-e, rigoureux-euse et avez le sens du service client ;
- Vous avez de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles ;
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral. Le luxembourgeois et l'allemand sont considérés comme des atouts.
