**Role/ Department**:
This role is within our Fund pricing oversight Management team which is part of our overall Luxembourg Fund Administration team, within our asset servicing business. The team is responsible for the oversight of the asset pricing and security set-up within our fund accounting platform. This includes, set-up and maintenance of security static data, completing pricing oversight and controls with associated vendors, working with our fund accounting teams & other key stakeholders on pricing relating questions.

**The key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Review and conduct quality assurance of financial instruments data by performing daily data quality checks and resolving exceptions
- Query management including questions and queries from clients, audit and internal teams; Act as contact point for escalated data queries or issues and coordinate change requests between clients, vendors and service providers
- Control of the accuracy of derivatives/OTC prices delivered by Service provider, ad hoc enrichment and cross check on the set-up of securities
- Researching and proposing new control methods within team on Derivative/OTC products
- Implement and monitor service level agreements, control and oversight of supplier service performance on an ongoing basis to ensure that service providers adhere to the relevant data processes and procedures and that KPI reports reflect actual performance
- Maintain good relationship between diverse stakeholders including service provider, vendors, clients and internal teams
- Take initiative and lead to review current processes and propose changes to enhance controls and expertise in specific market products

**Skills/ Qualifications**:

- Degree in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent.
- A first professional experience in banking, preferably in Instrument Pricing or valuation of different financial products
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organisation skills
- Good working knowledge of range of financial products including derivatives
- Familiar with using data vendors to source and retrieve data advantageous
- Strong communication skills, fluent English necessary.
- Excellent desktop, IT and systems skills. Experience of GP3 advantageous. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel essential.
