The Pilatus has come to exemplify the unique combination of Swiss engineering and dedicated craftsmanship, yielding a superior flight, passenger and operator experience that is truly beyond comparison. Also a brand-new aircraft has recently joined our fleet: the Cirrus SF50, the world's first single-engine private jet. Our company is a leader in its business and provides a high quality of service which has earned it a reputation in Europe. The headquarters is in Luxembourg at the Airport, and we employ more than 450 people.
As Jetfly is going through a significant growth period, we are looking for an energetic and motivated **Sales Officer** to reinforce our Sales department.
**Responsibilities**:
Acquisition of New Leads & Meeting Generation:
- Research qualified prospects throughout the designated market by reading local and national business press, industry insights, utilizing research tools and identifying sources of qualified data in order to identify prospective Jetfly customers
- Send brochures to new researched leads and to existing prospects in the Sales CRM in line with the company goals and sales targets for the region
- Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Director in line with the annual company targets for the region
- Manage and maintain the sales CRM (Pipedrive) for the specified region imputing and updating contact information of our prospective and current customers and creating after sales meeting notes
- Act as right hand support to the Sales Director throughout the Sales process by creating accurate prospect briefing notes
Administrative tasks:
- Request Charter flights in the name of the sales director
- Interface between the sales director and the different departments in the office in Luxembourg
**Profile & skills**:
- Bachelor level (or equivalent)
- A first experience in a relevant industry or complimentary role such as a sales assistant or working in luxury goods or with High Net Worth Individuals
- Mastering fluently at least 2 of the following languages; French, English, German, Italian
- Excellent presentation and communication skills both verbally and written
- CRM experience (Salesforce, Pipedrive or equivalent)
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel experience
