**Rattaché directement au **_Head of Operational Risk Management_**, vous êtes en charge de la mise en place et du maintien d’un dispositif de contrôle interne cohérent avec les exigences légales et règlementaires et avec les orientations définies au niveau de la Banque.**

**Responsabilités**:

- Accompagner les métiers/fonctions en leur apportant notamment un appui méthodologique et en réalisant des actions de sensibilisation
- Structurer l’organisation opérationnelle des activités relevant de votre domaine de responsabilité en matière de contrôle interne
- Garantir la cohérence et l’efficacité du dispositif de contrôle interne et sa conformité aux règlementations
- Recenser, analyser les incidents opérationnels et s’assurer de leur documentation
- Évaluer l’exposition aux risques opérationnels, proposer des dispositifs de maitrise et assurer le suivi des plans d’actions
- Identifier, documenter et suivre les activités de contrôle spécifiques aux activités relevant de votre domaine de responsabilité
- Élaborer des tableaux de bord spécifiques aux activités relevant de votre domaine de responsabilité associés à des indicateurs
- Élaborer le rapport annuel sur l’état du contrôle interne des activités relevant de votre domaine de responsabilité

**Profil souhaité**:

- De niveau Bac+2 à Bac+5 avec expérience professionnelle de minimum 2 ans reconnue dans le domaine ou dans une fonction de contrôle ou de support, une expérience dans une institution sous supervision directe de l’ECB est un avantage
- Très bonnes connaissances des activités bancaires, idéalement acquises sur le terrain au sein d'une banque de détail
- Connaissance des cadres de référence du contrôle interne
- Connaissance des pratiques en matière de gestion du risque opérationnel
- Maîtrise avancée d’Excel ; une aisance quantitative et dans la gestion des données ainsi que des outils d’exploitation (T24, Business Objects, SQL, VBA, JIRA) est un plus
- Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
- Excellente maîtrise rédactionnelle de la langue française
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, la connaissance du luxembourgeois étant considérée comme un atout
