The Department of Law of the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance of the University of Luxembourg is looking for a Research and Development specialist to support in evaluation and accreditation procedures of the Law Department and to conduct legal research.

**Your Role...**:
The Research and Development specialist will be working under the supervision of the Head of Department Professor Herwig Hofmann. In particular, the R&D Specialist will be in charge of
- Conduct research on the different topics falling into the scope of the research themes of the Department,
- Contribute to ongoing evaluation procedures and disseminate results through scientific publications, workshops and conferences and conduct editorial work;
- Offer research assistance and coordinate young researchers working in the same field;
- Contribute in preparing further research proposals within the Department of Law.

**Qualifications...**:
In particular, the following requirements apply:

- Curiosity and self-motivation;
- Team-oriented;
- Proven ability to work individually as well as part of a team;
- Have the linguistic skills to evolve in a multilingual environment: fluency in either English, good understanding of a second language and possibly a third language, French in particular, will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
