MAIN MISSION

Votre mission est de vous assurer qu’Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management (Luxembourg) agit en conformité avec ses obligations légales et réglementaires. Vous devrez être attentif aux évolutions réglementaires, en définir les impacts pour la société et en piloter la mise en œuvre avec le Métier. Vous devrez informer et sensibiliser le Management et les collaborateurs aux évolutions et sur les sujets d’actualité au niveau réglementaire. Vous devrez être proche du Métier et en être un interlocuteur de confiance. Vous devez être disponible et confortable à réaliser des présentations à audience modérée.

DUTIES
- Procéder à la mise en œuvre de la veille réglementaire ; communiquer, sensibiliser, contribuer à la mise en œuvre des nouvelles normes avec le Métier.
- Contribuer à la Management Information.
- Coordonner la production des rapports d'activité de la fonction Compliance au Conseil d'Administration de la Société et des fonds.
- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des rôles de 'Gestionnaire des Plaintes et des Réclamations' et 'Data Protection Officer'.
- Assister le Responsable du Contrôle de Conformité dans la définition des méthodologies de contrôle par le partage des connaissances sur les thématiques.
- Définir et maintenir les politiques de conformité.
- Définir et maintenir les politiques et les registres de 'Central Compliance' (MAR, PAD, G&H, CoI...).
- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre de thématiques-clés (e.g. DORA, Commissions et frais, ESG,...).
- Coordonner la revue des communications et supports marketing en veillant à l'exhaustivité des informations réglementaires. Définir les règles et les communiquer.
- Apporter, sur demande, un support à l’équipe de Compliance AML/CFT sur les livrables RC au Conseil d’Administration des fonds.
- Contribuer de manière positive et professionnelle à l'expérience-client.

PROFILE
- Bac+4/5 en droit ou école de commerce ou expérience pertinente équivalente.
- Une expérience de 0 à 3 ans, de préférence dans une fonction similaire, ou plus largement ayant une dimension réglementaire, légale ou juridique, ou en audit interne / externe.
- Maîtrise linguistique:

- Français : C1 ou équivalent, ou plus.
- Anglais : C1 ou équivalent, ou plus.
- La maitrise d’une autre langue (allemand, espagnol, italien ) est un avantage.
- Polyvalence, esprit d’initiative, rigueur, attaché aux délais, esprit d’équipe.
