With a team of about ten people, this structure offers a familial environment and human-sized framework that is characterized by a close relationship with the management, allowing you to feel appreciated and recognized within the company. As a Corporate Officer, you will have the opportunity to work on a diversified and complete client portfolio such as SOPARFI/Holding, Investment Funds or even SPVs allowing you to perfect your skills in all its fields of activity.
Our client has various offices across European countries and belong to an **international group** while maintaining its own independence on Luxembourgish territory which provide a great balance and stability for the staff members.
The PFS is ideally located right in the city center of Luxembourg which allows to benefit from numerous public transport services, the proximity of the station and all kinds of facilities (restaurants, shops, etc.) but above all to improve your daily organization by avoiding traffic frustrations.
Our client offers its employees internal and external training courses that are fully financed and that allow you to strengthen your skills and knowledge. This real investment in training will allow you to feel truly listened to and valued within this PFS and will give you **complete work satisfaction**.
**Your Responsibilities **|** Corporate Officer - Legal - PSF - Corporate**
- You will manage your **daily-life activities** related to your client files (SOPARFI, Holding, Securitization...), from constitution to liquidation, which will allow you to develop and build up your know-how.
- You will have the opportunity to record legal documentation and their reviewing.
- You will **lead the assistance for clients’** **companies** by being their point of contact and accompanying them if their process that may arise (annual accounts, change of headquarters and so on...)
- You will be in charge of board meeting preparation and minutes drafting.
**Profile and Career Path **|** Corporate Officer - Legal - PSF - Corporate**
- You are **fluent in English **(written and oral), and enjoy being part of an international structure both with your future colleagues and clients. Any others languages will be considered as an asset.
- You have **at least one year of experience **in a similar Luxembourg structure as a Corporate Officer or in an equivalent position guaranteeing you a certain level of autonomy.
- Great communications skills and strong relationship building will help you to fully be integrated in this advantageous PFS.
**Offer **|** Corporate Officer - Legal - PSF - Corporate**
- ** Extra-holidays** will be offered to you (28 days/year) which will allow you the possibility to make the most of your friends and family during your free time.
- Your remuneration could reach €4000 gross/month depending on your profile and experience, as well as meal vouchers (€10.80) allowing you to enjoy lunches while building a real relationship with your ten colleagues.
- A **yearly discretionary bonus** might be added to your annual remuneration.
- You will evolve in a **human-sized PFS** that will accompany you in your evolution and in the improvement of your skills thanks to the stability and proximity of the management.
