**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**How will you contribute?**:
As a receptionist, you will work as part of the Reception team in charge of:
- Welcoming clients, visitors, colleagues and suppliers of LIST, Luxinnovation and DeWidong;
- Preparing visitor badges;
- Managing all incoming calls;
- Opening and closing of LIST’s showroom;
- Taking delivery of incoming mail and parcels;
- Managing the reception mailbox;
- Managing the reception schedule;
- Participate in security activities
**You will also support internal clients (if needed) for tasks such as**:
- Providing assistance with mass mailings: mailing, printing, enveloping;
- Making copies, scans and bindings for central services;
- Compiling, updating, filing and archiving documents;
- Taking part in the organisation of internal and/or external meetings or events (invitations, preparation of documentation, room reservations, catering, etc.).
**MUST HAVE**
**REQUIREMENTS**
- You hold a Bac or Bac +2 Administrative assistant and you have a first professional experience in similar positions.
- You are client oriented, rigorous and you like to take initiatives and challenges;
- You are a team player and show flexibility in the accomplishment of your tasks.
- You are dynamic and have excellent communication skills;
- Diplomacy, stress resistance and discretion are essential for this position;
- You have good command of the Microsoft Office package and Adobe Acrobat;
- You are fluent in French and English.
