**Job Description**:
Our client's Luxembourg city centre based 4 person team is looking to grow steadily over time. It’s an investor in the green energy space, being part of a stable international investor in infrastructure.
The Luxembourg office has a highly experienced lead Company Secretary, who seeks another team member to support her in her daily activity managing an active portfolio of unregulated entities.
This will be a hands on role, where you will be supported in daily tasks throughout the lifecycle of the various entities.
In this role, you will assist the Company secretary in:
- managing the day to day administrative and legal formalities for the various entities
- organizing, preparing and minuting of board and shareholders meetings
- incorporation of new companies
- support bank account openings and processing
- support the Company Secretary
- maintain company records and registers
- coordinate transactions, including handling the apostille, notarisation, review of documents
- working closely with the accounting team and other third parties
- manage RCS filings
- You will possess fluent English language skills as youwill work in an English speaking environment.
- You will already have experience in a similar role.
- You will have strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a corporate officer in Luxembourg, probably more
- A can-do attitude, with a recognition that in a small office, some flexibility in tasks may be required.
