In the development of its “Trusted Services Europe”, EBRC is looking for a**:Purchasing Manager (M/F) - Permanent contract**

You will join the Finance team to develop and implement EBRC's purchasing strategies for a broad category of goods and services, in collaboration with the POST group's purchasing unit.

**As a Purchasing Manager, you will**:

- develop new sourcing solutions and partnerships to improve the solutions, costs and efficiency of the organization;
- evaluate the capacity and performance of partners and suppliers, and other third parties in compliance with standards and regulations, in the light of the services offered to our customers;
- advise your colleagues and challenge their purchasing requests with a view to performance;
- negotiate with critical partners and suppliers to optimize service levels and costs and maintain quality relationships with them;
- support the operational team, on a day-to-day basis, in charge of processing purchase orders and invoices;
- interact with the auditors for all issues related to the purchasing process.

**Your profile**:

- You have a 4 or 5 years higher education in the field of economics, finance or law;
- You have a good general IT culture;
- Your analytical skills are excellent: in a simple and pedagogically way, you are able to structure and modelized your solutions;
- You have a real aptitude for commercial negotiation and a good understanding of legal logic;
- You are customer-oriented and adopt a collaborative approach in all circumstances;
- You are fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing.
