**BlackRidge Group is hiring for one of her clients a BUILDING AND UTILITIES COORDINATOR (TECHNIQUE DU BATIMENT)**:
**You can look forward to these exciting tasks**:
- Reporting directly to the maintenance manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the plant's utilities (high voltage, compressed air, cooling units) as well as general services (buildings, lifting equipment, HVAC, water treatment);
- As a maintenance coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing, planning, and monitoring work carried out by external companies (compliance with safety regulations, quality of work carried out, deadlines and costs);
- You will participate in the development and implementation of the 5-year investment plan to renew our facilities;
- In order to reach our environmental objectives, you will be one of the main actors in charge of reducing the company's energy consumption;
**Here's what you can bring to the team**:
- Completed Bachelor's degree in electromechanics or industrial maintenance;
- Experience for more than 3 years in a similar position;
- Comfortable with the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- Ability to manage several projects in parallel;
- You are versatile, autonomous, rigorous, and have a sense of responsibility;
- You have excellent analytical skills and are proactive;
- Knowledge of French is mandatory; English or German are considered a plus;
