**Responsabilités principales**:
**Connaissance des systèmes d'exploitation**: Maîtrise de Windows Server 2022
**Administration de bases de données**: Compétence en SQL Server pour gérer les bases de données SharePoint.
**Infrastructure réseau**: Compréhension des concepts de réseau, y compris les pare-feu, les DNS, et les équilibrages de charge.
**Sécurité**: Connaissance des meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité pour protéger les données et les accès.
Connaissance en Scripting PowerShell
Compétences en Troubleshooting
**Compétences organisationnelles**:
**Gestion de projet**: Capacité à planifier et à gérer les différentes étapes de l'installation.
**Documentation**: Aptitude à documenter les configurations et les procédures pour assurer une maintenance future efficace.
**Résolution de problèmes**: Compétence en diagnostic et résolution des problèmes techniques qui peuvent survenir pendant l'installation.
**Expérience professionnelle**:
Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans l'administration de SharePoint.
**Compétences techniques**:
Solide expérience en gestion des environnements Microsoft SharePoint.
**Maîtrise des fonctionnalités SharePoint**: bibliothèques de documents, listes, flux de travail, gestion des métadonnées, etc.
Connaissance des scripts PowerShell pour l'automatisation de tâches.
Expérience avec Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, et autres outils collaboratifs.
Connaissance de SQL Server, Windows Server, et des principes de gestion de bases de données pour SharePoint On-Premise.
Compréhension des concepts de sécurité, de gestion des accès et des permissions.
**Certifications (souhaitées mais non obligatoires)**:
**Microsoft Certified**: SharePoint Server Hybrid ou Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator.
