Pour notre département _Back-Office_** **au sein de **LuxairTours**, nous recherchons un(e):
**_Summer Student Central Back Office (M/F/x)_**

**_Missions :_**
- Répondre aux questions des clients et des agences de voyage concernant leurs réservations et voyages futurs
- Etre en support de l'équipe concernant les différentes tâches administraives (listing de passagers, facturation, envoi de cadeaux aux clients ) en fonction des besoins journaliers
- Utiliser différents softwares (pack office) dont des softwares specifiques au département pour lesquels une formation sera donnée (CRM, booking system )

**_Profil requis:_**

**_Critères mínimaux requis pour le poste_**
- Etre inscrit dans un établissement scolaire
- Avoir plus de 18 ans
- Etre autonome et rigoureux
- Avoir le sens des responsabilités
- Etre ponctuel
- Maîtriser la langue française et allemande (parlé et écrit)

**_ Candidat idéal_**
- Avoir des notions en Luxembourgeois ou toute autre langue constituent un atout pour le poste
