Für unser Directors' Office am Standort Munsbach in Luxemburg suchen wir Dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Head of Directors‘ Office (m/w/d)

DEINE AUFGABEN
- Du bist Coach, Vorbild und Förderer für Deine Abteilung
- Du übernimmst mit Deiner Abteilung die Aufgaben eines Directors‘ Office und die Verantwortung für die RC-Funktion („responsable du contrôle“) auf AIF-Ebene
- Du fungierst als Geschäftsführer oder Verwaltungsrat (m/w/d) in Fonds
- oder Beteiligungsstrukturen und führst laufende operative Kontrollen durch. Die Teilnahme an Gremiensitzungen, die Überwachung aufsichtsrechtlicher Vorgaben, sowie die Ausübung der Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Dienstleistern und Initiatoren ergänzen diesen Aufgabenbereich
- Du unterstützt Kunden beim Aufbau sowie der Einhaltung von Substanzanforderungen in Luxemburg
- Du festigst Kundenbeziehungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit den Relationship Managern
- Du erkennst neue regulatorische Anforderungen und setzt diese gezielt innerhalb der Abteilung und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen um
- Du begleitest als Führungskraft Deine Mitarbeiter:innen von der Rekrutierung bis zur Einarbeitung und Schulung, förderst deren Weiterentwicklung und beurteilst die Arbeitsleistung

DEIN PROFIL
- Du bist Absolvent (m/w/d) eines Hochschulstudiums
- Du verfügst bereits über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von Initiatoren im Finanzsektor sowie vorzugsweise mindestens drei bis fünf Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Coaching und Führung
- Du kennst die Anforderungen von Fondsinitiatoren und Investoren (vornehmlich) von AIF-Strukturen
- Du bist weitestgehend mit der AIF-Fondsgesetzgebung vertraut
- Du bist zielorientiert, sehr flexibel, zuverlässig und teamfähig
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig und strukturiert, bist lernbereit und hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
