Bolloré Logistics Luxembourg is currently recruiting an experienced Sales representative for its branch in Luxembourg. A proven sales track record in International Freight Forwarding, with a focus on air freight & ocean freight, is required. Have the experience and what it takes to sell our services.

**Job Purpose**:

- To develop and diversify the customer portfolio
- To gain new business and grow existing business.
- To continue to build relationships and service clients.
- To achieve sales targets on existing and new business
- To formulate strategy to successfully win new business and in doing so, increase market share
- To present Bollore’s range of services and solutions to existing and potential new customers
- To take charge of specific commercial tasks such as sponsoring & events and participate in sales promotions. Client entertainment, following company policy and guidelines
- To successfully implement new business
- To coordinate, analyze and report information between different stakeholders (internal and external)
- To monitor and control financial risks

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and German is mandatory. French and Luxemburgish are an advantage
- Full computer literacy
- Minimum 3 years of international logistics experience - all modes (Air, Sea, Road & Logistics)
- Minimum 3 years proven sales track record
- Well presented, professional individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate and build a pricing model
- Ability to read and interpret financial information, including budgets, financial statements and P&L data
- Ability to create and implement strategies
- Ability to work within a target driven and pressured environment
- Ability to keep abreast of industry changes, information and skill requirements
- Ability to create awareness and understanding of industry vertical information, requirements and general knowledge

**Salary**: From €50,000.00 per year
