**Legal Manager | Private Asset Management Firm**
This is a great opportunity to join a reputable Asset Management firm that is growing its legal team in Luxembourg.
You will be part of a hard-working and ambitious team in a human-sized office and will be in touch with the London Office.
Some of the Key Responsibilities
- Review / prepare relevant legal transaction documentation regarding the Luxembourg companies’ life cycle
- Prepare contracts, agreements, reports, or review such documents
- Participate as a board member of some Luxembourg companies
- Review of all the documentation for shareholders’ general meetings
- Review of all legal documentation relating to investments
Role Requirements
- Degree in Law or Business Administration
- Qualified Lawyer ias an asset
- Good knowledge and understanding of Luxembourg corporate Law
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Luxembourg law firm or an Asset Management Company
- Experience in a similar position or as a corporate lawyer specialising in private equity / real estate required
- Fluent in English.
